The inception of Chasing Art Studio began in my garage with a discarded air brush picked up at a local flea market. In the process of learning how to use that, I realized that the more I drew things out in graphite first, the better my paintings turned out. Fast forward to now and that airbrush, along with a few others, are now collecting dust, while my pencils have never been busier.
In addition to graphite, I also work in ink and wash watercolor, and also acrylics on various surfaces.
It seems that the love I had for art as a child, but “outgrew” for a while, has come back stronger than ever and this time, I’m chasing it!
